			Lunch	12:45 - 1:30
			VI period	1:30 - 2:15
			VII period	2:15 - 3:00
			VIII period	3:00 – 3:45

Attendance

1. The minimum attendance required for promotion is 75%

2. Leave record must be duly filled in by the parent for one or two days of absence. For absence of three or more days

3. Leave will be granted only when a leave letter is submitted to the concerned class teacher.

4. In case a child is absent to school for more than 10 days without information, the name will be struck off the rolls.
Re-admission will be at the discretion of the Principal.

5. Students are not allowed to wear jewellary or carry valuables to the school; the school is not responsible for loss of jewellary money or any valuables carried by the child.

6. Parents are requested to check the diaries of their wards every day.

Examination Schedule for Classes I to X

Type of Exam From To

Time Table for each test/exam will be communicated through diary well in advance. As specified by the state Govt. we conduct exams on the following pattern to consider promotion to the next higher classes.

25% of 4 Unit Tests
25% of Quarterly and Half Yearly Exams
50% of Annual Exams
